Last night the god told me a story in dream, when woke up, it is still clear.So I write it down.

This is a physical lab, I was urged by my classmate to open a utility connectting to a pipe. My brain is empty, I don't know the goal of today's work, and don't know what the utility is for. But I know I ought to make it clear.

'Quick, there is no time!', the classmate shouted, and all the eyes around concentrated on me. So I did what she told me to.

Terrible thing happened, a kind of liquide pumped out of the end , and suddently changed to strong fire, I was stuned. and my friends too. I asked them to hand me a hap, but no one did, they only gave me advice without any real action. I was so swety like an ant on the fire......

The class was over, everybody handed up their paper, except me. The teacher casted me aside. I didn't even finish a small task.

I woke up, almost in tears. In the whole affair who is wrong?
Needless to say, me! For I did the thing not from my heart, only ajust to others. And I deserved the punishment.

The day trade practise today encounters the following problems
1. 15% cost is consumed.
2. Two account mixed to cause slow reaction.
3. Reading the book simultaneitly cause to ignore the important factors. And the book reading is inefficient.
4. Slow calculation skill caulse the lose of oppotunity. Always look up the history for forgotten amount.
5. Too much expectation to lost the oppotunity
6. the largest wave would appears in the begining 30 minutes & last 30 minutes.

In order to handle the above problem, following mesurements should be carry out
1. reduse the day trade account to only one, no new sums would be added until the skill is matured
2. reduse the action time in 1 hour, half in begining and half in ending. for 600018
3. The book reading will concentrate on title & Q&A style.
4. Try to remember the percentage and amout firmly. Do some practising. If necessary, use paper.
5. Don't care too much about the percentage difference, only about the top and bottom, especially in the peak time.

There is a line of daily news reading in my schedule. But I feel there is a little problem here. The satisfying reading state should be like a sponge sucking watter actively, but now like a stone. Info. hard to put in.

To change the state,I have the following plan
1. To play chinese boxing in spare time, but my neighbor would see me then. Or do some house-hold, such as cleaning my room, doing some washing, peparing for the next meal, etc.

2. Cancel the day trade, or if not, try to make the practicing legal and low cost. The skill named Day Trade can help me survive in cold economic winter, which brings carlmness and pacience charactor. So how to decrease the cost is coming to schedule now. The following 4 steps should be applied.
1)Prepare the plan the day before, when stock marcket is increasing, I can take 1 or 2 days break, but if decreasing, daytrade until withdraw all the money.
2)reflect only according to the plan.
3)No words about stock except the seasonal report.
4)Only 1 daytrade account is applied.

3. Skim the topic in news reading. Only dig in for more interest, and withdraw immediately after the question is answered.

The steps to batch print labels of adress using Star Envelope Printer Pro(SEPP):

0: Export the Adress info of your clients,from you email tool, outlook express, outlook, foxmail for example, to *.cvs format or directly to *.xls format.

1: Save the *.csv client info file as *.xls in excel, and back it up(*.xls file is the main file to maintain you client information from now on)

2: download SEPP from the following URL & install,

small trics of using the tool:
1.the *.xls filter dosen't work well, you have to remove unprint clients from *.xls to be transfer.
2.copy the column "Name" twice in *.xls for index, by matching it with SortName, so you can find it in adress interface
3.Clasify your client with a new column, and match it with group, and then you can filter by the keyword.
4.The *.xls can be changed to Acess, as smallsized database, which can help you do more work, especially on data handling. But it require much more develope time.

1. Don't do work the way just as you ought to.

In chinese it's called Xing Er Shang Xue, which means, to do something the way they ought to look like, but in fact not.

In chinese there is another saying to sing high praise for this kind, Xuan Liang Ci Gu, which means once apon a time there was a researcher, though he is very tired, he is still managed to maintain the pose of reading, by hanging his hair up with girder, and stabing himself to keep awake.

Today is the last day of my working on Google Answer.

Recently, I took another project in google answer, inspecting the marcket of Web Analytics & Analysis Software.

It's much easier than the last one -- Same day courier. The good feeling of exciting lasts for quite time, until I found the reason. The feeling mainly derived from the more powful software vender, more convinience and straight forward interface they design, and elegant sentances they are advtising, but not my increasing ability.

And now I would like to express my feeling about severial products I inspected:

1. The most impressive feeling comes from omniture, I found it from WAA, though being left in the end of the line, the whole performance of the web site design struct me most especially when skimming over their flash demo. The reader's mind was clear and easy to understanding by the excellency of professional, really attatching to the importance, KISS style. The software include SiteCatalyst, SiteCatalyst 13, & Discover. I give it 5 asterisk. *****

2.The second is European's Nedstat Company. Its easy & fast style attracted me. It has two products the high-end Sitestat and Nedstat Pro for small and medium websites. ****

3.Other softwares have been or will be inspected , such as SurfStats, WebTrends, WebSideStory, Bisualsciences， CoreMetrics， Google Analytics, AWStat, ClickZ, Nielsen//NetRatings's RedSheriff .

Feeling beyoned inspectation:

Beside this, more reward I achieved is the goal of my work becomesv more clear and positive. My work is not to take care of the questioner's feeling to earn money, but to bring them value or increase their value. Quite different from my last work's attitude. Thank god.

So I went over my last failed project, in my emplyed period, and get the following points:

How they managed do it？Strolling along the plank road built along a cliff in Jiuzhaigou, I was trying hard to explain the question. In the entrance of Jiuzhaigou, large clowd of travellers flow in, and soon picked up by buses coming one after another, and the waiting team doesn't grow longer. The road circling around the mountain sometimes isn't wide enough to accomodate three buses, but no traffic jam happens event at the sight with largest sums of visiters.

Wait for bus at a station, you can see the broader road here.

At the biggest bus station of Deep Original Forest, the waiting buses tailing one after another.

This is a smaller station, travelers wating, and the soldiers helping to keep order.

On the other direction at same time, the bus is coming. All the people passing across the road through channel.

At 17:20 we returned in perhaps the last bus, you can see the satisfiying smill from Mum's face. After the whole trip, she doesn't feel very tired though she is the weakest among us.

There are more than 10 stations along one side , you can get off or pick up at any that you want. What does it mean? You can retun to your best view after looking around by bus. And the pay for all the bus service is only no more than 12$, incredable!

How did they managed to do it?
During the way back, we are the only passengers, I consulted the driver. He told me there are 3 channel of wireless communication, the one he was in possess 300 users, they talk to each other with the ID Num of their own. The guide told us they call this the Digital Jiuzhai.

Supprising Digital Jiuzhai, after the trip I returned home, and looked it up in the web sight.

Next time I will translate the Digital Jiuzhai from gov's publish.

The honorable from the west , which means the west is the place where the officials, the kernel power of the city, live in.

The guilty from the north, the main railway station sites in the north of the city, so the criminal rate is high there.

Thinking it a good way to introduce the city culture, I laughed with satisfaction. To say something in reward, I told him about Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China:

My family has just finished a trip to Jiuzhaigou, a world famouse national level nature reserve in the last 13 days.

My two goals before leaving:
1. after quiting my job, here comes the chance for me to take leasure time to trip with my old parents, maybe the last, so long as they can walk, to some really beautiful place.

2, take some time on the self-reflection on my last job and study, and plan for my future.

Conclusions now(But thing always give you supprise, so long as you devote to it. ):

1.For my first goal, many beautiful photoes has been taken, Which I will show you later. And also my parents have a good body excercise for their health.

2.For my next goal, though still not very clear about my future, the main points come out.
A. I must have a full time job to relase my financial problem.
B. The job might cure my nervouse before big pot which has undercuts my promotion for all the time. I should learn to think in crowd, not as a stone, to communicate naturaly and efficietly. low income for three months is tolerable.

3.The third is additional, we get to know more about my country, not only geographically, but also in cultural. The strong contrast from beautiful and dirty.
