The taxi driver told me a good saying about Chengdu city，Sichuan Province,China:
The poor from the east, which means because many factories located in the east，it's also a block where workers live in.
The rich from the south, which means businessmen who make the south booming，so the price of department is rising up over 5000~6000 yuan/sm even though the price in other places is 3000~ 4000yuan/sm.
The honorable from the west , which means the west is the place where the officials, the kernel power of the city, live in.
The guilty from the north, the main railway station sites in the north of the city, so the criminal rate is high there.
Thinking it a good way to introduce the city culture, I laughed with satisfaction. To say something in reward, I told him about Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China:
The intellgent from the east, many college,computer market, software industral park is there.
