small trics of using the tool:
.the *.xls filter dosen't work well, you have to remove unprint clients from *.xls to be transfer.
.copy the column "Name" twice in *.xls for index, by matching it with SortName, so you can find it in adress interface
.Clasify your client with a new column, and match it with group, and then you can filter by the keyword.
.The *.xls can be changed to Acess, as smallsized database, which can help you do more work, especially on data handling. But it require much more develope time.
